So Yesterday Sucked...

Yesterday was, or should I say would have been my anniversary.

So what happened? Well, I lost a contract job and spent the rest of the day feeling pissed and mildly ill.

Meh.

Apparently there's some cosmic rule that my luck can never actually get too good for more than a few days. Which is a shame, because the weekend was a lot of fun and then Monday came on like a crazy knife wielding Bond villain.

In the end losing the job wasn't a total loss because it was a sucky job with a project coordinator who was so off-putting I was actually a bit taken aback by her staggering lack of charisma. Still, I could have used some extra cash.
